1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of our websites and client portals; by using our websites or client portals, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use our websites or client portals.

This is a standard practice, and allows calls to be monitored internally for quality, training, compliance and security purposes.
  • This website uses Google AdWords
    The CILS International website uses the Google AdWords remarketing feature to advertise products across third-party sites in the Google Display Network, including Google search results.

    This tracks previous visitors to our site using cookies, and can include visitors who have not manually submitted any details to our site (for example, completing a contact form). Cookies enable third-party vendors, including Google, to serve internet users advertisements based on the internet history of their IP address, but will not collect data that can personally or directly identify you. Any information collected by CILS International and third-party sites – such as advertisements you click on – will be used in strict accordance to our privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

    You can control your advertising preferences using the Google Ad settings page, and can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by adjusting your cookie settings or using a browser plugin.
