Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Partnership Executive to join our thriving UK based American team. The role is to generate new sales opportunities from existing customers while delivering pro-active account management.

With a keen interest in doing business in the USA, this is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about increasing revenue through customer pro-activity while building and maintaining customer relationships.

We have 98% customer satisfaction and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 71 which puts us in the ‘Industry leading’ category for service. The role is one of enthusiastic outreach to capitalise on our position.

We do not operate a call centre but an enthusiastic approach to outbound calling is a vital part of our ‘Complete Customer Care Approach’. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate an excellent track record in creating long term customer relationships through outbound calling.

The role would suit somebody looking to further their career from a telephone-based lead generation, appointment setting or pro-active B2B account development role, to have more responsibility for their customers.

To be fully immersed and successful in the role, you will be working in line with US Eastern Standard Time and follow American national holidays.

The role is varied and includes the following activities:

• Lead generation to increase revenue from existing accounts (these will be passed over to the sales team to close, leaving you to focus on further relationship building)
• Account networking, establish new contacts and develop relationships.
• Stock replenishment calling based on order history to preserve revenues.
• Win-back recently dormant accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Execute strategies to network existing accounts to generate new leads for the sales team.
• Preserve and grow revenues for existing business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets on a consistent basis.
• Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate repeat business pricing.
• Be the customer trusted first point of contact for all enquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide ‘Complete Customer Care’.

• Be personable and inquisitive on the phone and face to face.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to network.
• Proven success in Lead Generation through Account Development.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.

This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday 1:00pm – 10:00pm at our Worthing West Sussex Head Office.
