In environments where sterilization and rigorous cleaning are commonplace, labels face constant challenges.
Frequent handling and exposure to harsh cleaning agents require durable labels to ensure safety and compliance.
Veterinary instruments and animal care products are sanitized regularly, and labels need to survive such cleaning to retain critical information.
In clinical settings, equipment and samples are routinely disinfected with strong chemicals, requiring labels to be both durable and chemically resistant.
Forensic equipment and samples, due to their sensitive nature, must be handled carefully, with labels that can withstand stringent cleaning protocols.
Governmental health devices and containers often go through rigorous cleaning, necessitating labels that can handle such sanitation without fading or peeling.
Hospital beds, surgical equipment and other medical devices are frequently sanitized with solutions like isopropyl alcohol, requiring labels that can endure such cleaning agents.
Materials and products undergoing testing need to be handled repeatedly and labels must resist the wear and tear that comes with such processes.
Across medical and laboratory equipment, containers for specimens, control panels and handheld devices, our durable labels can withstand exposure to detergents or sterilization agents like formaldehyde or isopropyl alcohol. They do not fade, peel, or become illegible; therefore, you are assured that you will not lose critical warnings and instructions, and asset identification and brand information are not obscured.
Our No Fail Commitment means we’re with you every step of the way.
We urgently produced 8.5 million 2ml tube labels resistant to -80 and -130°C. They were barcode printed in sets of 40 and 60 for PCR and blood testing to monitor the effects of COVID-19 over three years in patients across the UAE, Latin America and Asia.
Australian Federal Police is a great example where a lab wanted to upgrade its labelling by purchasing multiple printers, software, ribbons and labels for evidence bags, small tubes and vials for cryostorage of biological samples.
We supplied 850,000 colour-coded labels in sets with unique patient identifiers in a QR code. Distributed across Nigeria, Liberia and Sierra Leone. CEPI returned to us due to our track record for quality and urgency.
Over the years, we have provided millions of durable thermal transfer printable labels that withstand the laboratory processes used for the scene of crime DNA analysis and profiling, unknown chemical, fluid and stain identification.
