Scaling Up: Cils High-Volume Label Capabilities

We specialise in label production at any scale, from small orders of a few hundred to large-scale projects requiring hundreds of thousands or even millions of labels.

Each year, we produce over 100 million computer-printable durable labels, meticulously engineered to meet the specific durability requirements of each customer’s application.

Over the years we have increased our portfolio of manufacturing equipment to over 20 presses and print stations to manufacture any quantity economically.

With the increasing demand for large quantities of durable labels from customers manufacturing components, hoses, and particularly from the battery-producing Gigafactories or supporting worldwide vaccine leaders’ continued growth, we have strategically invested in our cutting-edge CILS-SGX™ technology. This investment enables us to ensure exceptionally quick turnaround times for large volumes of high-quality durable labels, meeting the stringent requirements of our clients.

Our high-volume label production goes beyond manufacturing for customer printing needs. We actively print customer-provided data on more than 1.4 million labels each month, ensuring precision and efficiency in every batch.
